Shop-wide inspection video completion — the % your techs made. Board shows one overall %.
Fill both (from your video platform) to show made → sent on the board — this is shown instead of the overall % above. Sent rate = sent ÷ made.
Technicians — Yesterday's Productivity %
Enter each tech's Productivity % from your DMS report — not Efficiency. Check OUT for any tech who was off yesterday (sick / vacation) — the day these numbers are from — so their hours drop out and utilization stays fair. hrs is optional.
